Why Highland Beef?

A number of studies show Highland beef is overall, a better for your health beef. It surpasses the criteria set out by the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation which requires raw cuts to have less than 10% fat.

Our Highlands are allowed to mature slowly in a stress-free environment without hormones, and expensive feed additives.

Grass fed beef is lean, contains high levels of various vitamins + fatty acids and is also shown to be superior in our bodies capability to absorb its wellness traits.

Highland beef is well marbled, richly flavoured and when well prepared, a notable tenderness.

A little bit about us.

In 2018, our family embarked on a journey with Scottish Highland cattle. We were drawn to their stunning beauty, unique characteristics, and resilience to various weather conditions. What truly captured our hearts, though, were their wonderful personalities and gentle dispositions.

At Clearview Highlands Farm, we blend traditional values with modern practices to create a mindful and nurturing environment for our cattle. Our herd roams freely on our farm, mingling with piglets, chickens, goats, dogs, and more. They enjoy a diet of grass and grain, ensuring they thrive in a stress-free setting.

Our pride and joy are registered Highland cattle from the 'Highland Hideaway' Fold. They're more than just livestock; they're part of our family.
