We have Highland HEIFERS and BULLS

Meet the Highlands

Highland cows are the ultimate pasture companions—sporting their signature shaggy coats and majestic horns, they bring charm and character wherever they roam.

These hardy, low-maintenance grazers thrive in diverse conditions and are as sweet-natured as they are striking.

Highlands are social and thrive in herds, so it’s best to have at least two for company. They need 2 to 5 acres per cow, depending on the pasture, and their thick coats make them perfect for colder climates. While low-maintenance, they still appreciate a simple shelter for harsh weather.

These gentle, quirky cows are as fun to have around as they are beautiful—making them a unique addition to any pasture.

The Highland cattle originated in the Scottish Highlands and the Western Islands of Scotland.

A hardy breed, able to with stand harsh weather conditions.
